Message Has anyone ever done this... i bought the pcv kit from Z1 i started having crank pressure problems immediately after , then i thought the turbos were blown... 20 year old car .. soo i changed the turbos.... then immediately on start up smoke was plumming out the exhaust...

i pulled entire pcv system off without plenum pull btw.

smoking stopped.... i then inspected all the hoses noticed that the hoses in the front on the valvecovers had restrictors .... i removed them & blew in one end of the hose and then vice versa noticed that the restrictor only works one way... if backwards it will cause back pressure.... bascially when you blow in one end its smooth and when you blow through the other end its harder... my pcv valves are new from NISSAN as well...

i wanna know if this has happened to anyone or if anyone has figured this out.

Z1 didnt send with instructions... and i honestly didnt think i needed them since its so fukin easy a 6 year old with mattell tools could probably do it...

all hoses on the Z1 kits come stamped with "z1"... i put the part of the hose that was stamped on the accordian... big fukin mistake.

i am going crazy trying to figure this out please tech people advise what would happend if you did this or if this has happend to you..

removing a pcv system or relocating it is not a choice id play with. this might be the reason people relocate the shit.

also if anyone knows if the front hoses come with wire brush inside?
